This is such a pretty piece of jewelry! The cameo is a light Ivory color with a white cameo featuring a beautiful lady with upswept hair and flowers on her shoulders. The cameo opens to a gold locket. It is 1 inch long and 3/4 inches wide. The vintage unmarked chain hangs 18 inches from the neckline. The chain does have a few spots of oxidation. It is unmarked and seems to be plated. The cameo is in pristine condition with no issues.
