Antique Cress Educational Board with Math and Spelling tiles on 2 sides of the 13" x 9 1/2" hard board oval game board. 

Though time and use worn, the wonderful red color is bright and mostly intact. All of the letters and numbers appear to be here, which is amazing. The Cress Emblem is clear and the vintage graphics are just wonderful. Both sides have animals and children depicted in white drawings with black outlines.

The wooden tiles are slightly smaller than scrabble tiles. The tiles slide along the tracks and twist at the intersections to help align the tiles correctly.

The contrasting colors make this an eye catching decorator piece. There are three different copyright dates on the board; 1912, 1913 and 1915.
