The recipes include passed down standards and newer additions with seasonal and international influence. There are pages of need to know information and tips from experienced bakers. Wonderful gift idea for a shower of welcome to the neighborhood basket.
This 1995 edition is in almost new condition. The gloss jacket is cleaned and undamaged. The hard cover book underneath has a matching cover photo and has a bright yellow interior cover. There are just a few signs of use, which is sad. This book should have lots of splatters and worn out pages!
